Although it might not be that healthy. I'll try to stay on that diet if you can tell me one.

I assure you that you can lose 10 pounds in 4 days if you follow this (I do it all the time, and start 12 days before any important social occasion to keep slim and slender and eat like crazy without regretting it!)

Turn on you favorite music, that has alot of energy in it (dance, pop) and shake to it -- literally. Run in place, do jumping jacks (at least 75 a day) DANCE DANCE DANCE to your hearts content (make sure the moves require energy) strech your legs, your arms.

Do that 2 times a day, 25 minutes each time (meaning 50 minutes a day)

It'll work. I do it, and it works for me. It doesn't require machines or anything expensive. I'v told many about it, and the 19 people who did it lost a TREMENDOUS amount of weight. Eat healthy until you reach your desired weight level, than you can eat as much as you want as long as you do it everyday.

This is a body for life plan from that one guy that is the nutrionist/personal trainer on the show " extreme makeover body edition". I lost 2 pounds a day on it, so you should have no problem losing 10 pounds! you have to cut out all sugars, breads, dairy products,and salt.this consists of 6 small meals a day. for breakfast you eat 1/2 cup of berries or 1/2 of a grapefruit, oatmeal (flavored with splenda, or other sweetener just not sugar!), and scrambled eggs (egg whites only) . for a midmorning snack have 1/2 cup of any type of green vegetable (including lettuce and spinach) and 1/2 cup of unsalted almonds (protein, just not beef). for lunch have 1 breast of chicken(make sure the seasoning you use, if any, has no salt or msg!), 1/2 cup of greens, and 1/2 cup of whole grain rice. then repeat for mid afternoon snack and supper. you can use different things to substitute the protein, fish or vegan food is good too! drink only water and lots of it like 8 glasses a day! good luck

Not that is healthy. Just eat less and exersize more. If you lose 10 pounds fast it will come right back, and more, as soon as you return to your normal habits. And you will return to your normal habits.

the best way is to get those societal monkeys off you back telling you that you need to loose 10 lbs
If it is for health reasons healthy portions and exercises

change your eating habbits completely causing a shock on your body and drink lots of water and youll flush the weight right out.

put a black bag over your body makes you sweat faster, and then run till you drop, thats how you lose 10 pounds
