How cold is it? In a really cold condition, even a new battery can go dead on you. The clicking noise sounds like the starter trying to work, but doesn't have enough juice. Try keeping the front of the vehicle warm under a carport or something like that.

The most draw on a battery is the starter motor. Your radio works because there is still enough power in the battery for it to operate. The heater motor, lights and wipers may also work now. Jump the battery from a vehicle that is running (positive to positive and negative to negative) it should start. If your climate is very cold you'll have the same problem again. If you have an original battery (AC Delco) in your car. it's time to replace it. They usually last 6 to 8 years in a vehicle that has never had an electrical problem

If it's a bad starter solenoid, then you could try turning the key off and back on again each time it clicks but doesn't crank the engine right away. That might force the solenoid to push the high current starter electrical contacts together and make a better connection. The contacts get burned and pitted over time.

If it is very cold where you are, especially for long periods of time, try replacing your oil dip stick with one that plugs into an electric outlet. You warm up the oil, so that it makes it easier to turn over. A second solution is to place an electric lightbulb under the car (turned on), and see if that would generate enough heat to warm the oil.

First of all I would go see if your battery has cold cranking apps if not then it is that you need one with alot of cold cranking apps. Then I would go and check the starter seloned and that should be on your fire wall closest to the battery... If this don't help sorry to say but you might have to go see the shop..

Is the new battery charged or dead? If it's dead then you may have a bad battery or bad alternator. When the battery was changed did the clamps get cleaned good? If you have an AutoZone nearby go to them and they will test the charging system for free.

sounds like loose terminals or wires on the starter. could be the relay on the starter, but usualy these problems are just lose wires
