I don't.
It seems like i can't shut up.

After a fight with my mom just now, i think i know what World War III would be like.
It isn't pretty.

i have come to understand that there are certain topics which i simply do not discuss. one of these is religion. any discussion about this topic always ends in an argument. but this is the nature of a topic which has no provability. im not a religious person, and i dont try to convert anyone to my perspective, all i ask for is the same courtesy. i dislike when people try to preach to me. the world is far too complex to have simple, infalliable answers. i recognize that i cannot disprove 'god' nor can anyone prove that it exists. and so i leave it at this --- faith. if you make the jump of faith, that is a personal decision.

Yes I do. I don't like to get into conflict unless I really feel disrespected or a close family has been. It seems like my mouth gets me in a lot of trouble so I'm trying to avoid that by keeping quiet.

yes, most of the time. Life and relationships are hard enough already with out adding the stress of a conflict. So unless it is something really important, or the other person really wants my input, I will usually keep my mouth shut.

Gracious no. I end up saying things that I know my friends and loved ones don't want to hear..... but I feel it necessary to let them know how I'm feeling about a situation. It's not always easy.... but at least you can live with yourself knowing you were honest about how YOU felt. We don't always have to all agree..... just as long as we know that our intentions for each other are pure and good.

I'm sorry you fought with your mom. That's never easy. But regardless..... the love is there. Never forget that part!

No i dont because if i have something to say they are going to hear it whether they like it or not. If they bring me to boiling point they will hear more than they ever bargained to hear. I am very opinionated and very outspoken at times, esp when im angry or irritated. Why keep your mouth shut and let somebody say what they want to u?

I usually just speak my mind. I'm too honest for even my own liking. But if I really don't want to be around I just walk out the door.

I'm just like you.
I can't ever seem to shut the hell up when I really should
I like getting the last word
It makes me feel like I win

You must respect elders. At home best thing will be to tolerate and keep quite and try to avoid conflict. People will start respecting you.

It depends who the person is. If it's someone I care about or someone I must deal with professionally, I'm better at self-restraint. There are the few occasions when ... I just can't help myself and just let it rip. :P

I usually prefer to have the Last word but now and then I will just let it go. You tend to not overreact with the aging process!!
