If you don't know what Gia Carngi looked like, type in Gia Carangi and look her up under Yahoo images. I think Angelina Jolie acted her part as Gia out really well, but I don't think she looks at all like Gia Carangi the model. I think maybe Alyssa Milano could have played her, but I can't think of who else could have. Who else do you think could have played Gia Carangi?

What is really interesting is how Angelina actually sounds like Gia. If you ever see the THS on E! Channel, or any other interviews of her (you can also check YouTube for them) she sounds just like her..a hoarse, gravelly kind of voice. Also I liked how Angelina used her pausing in the movie to convey serious scenes as the movie progressed. I think the movie wouldn't have been as good with any other actress. She really threw herself into the role.
