Having spent 3 1/2 years in Northern Sardinia, I was able to travel to Calgiari at the southern tip. No such thing as FAST FOOD around Sardinia that I could find, unless you mean their 'walk away' pizzas. mmmmm good! Makes American pizza seem dry. Olive oil is added to the top of the crust before the rest goes on. Local pizzaria used to make a CAPRICIOSA...mixed up. The owner had a restaurant next dor and would put the left over veggies on the Capriciosa pizza the next day. It was never the same day to day. Grazi a tutti Enzo! Tutti la tavola! Tutti mangia!!
