I don't think that it is incest. You and your chick are 3rd cousins. Your grandparents are 1st cousins, your parents are 2nd cousins and you and your chick are third cousins. I don't think that makes it an incestious relationship

No, incest would only be if you were to have sex with a sibling, a parent or grandparent. In most cultures it is also not socially acceptable to have sex with an aunt/uncle or cousin. You're venturing into serious in-breeding territory here should you reproduce. But in your situation the relationship is distant enough.
