How could America possibly collapse...
I simply cannot see it.
America has more money that it know what to do with it...
Nobody else in the world has the resources to spend billions of dollars on wars overseas. Nor does anybody else has the resources to have an extensive space program like yours.
What your country needs... it's for its people to wake up and go to the polling both at election time. How can you expect to have the right government when only 30% of the population is willing to make an effort to go voting...
Like they say... the people get the government they deserve. Election time is the only time people can make a difference. If you don't seize the opportunity... you have nothing to complain about.

No one can say for sure if America will ever collapse. Unless they believe they can accurately see into the future! But, if it is my guess, I would say it is because Americans become so distant from politics and reality, and so preoccupied with entertainment, that it will give way to major betrayal by the government. I can see the future world as being a lot like the book by Ray Bradbury, "Fahrenheit 411," which has no relation to Fahrenheit 911 for those of you who don't know.
