Personally... I like the Las Vegas Strip Party! A great party with about a million people in the street! Was cool every year I have attended. Will be there again this year too! If you like sexy parties you can check out the local lifestyle clubs in Las Vegas.

My neighborhood- the gangstas are gonna start the fireworks and shotgun show in about 5 hours. ( Plus it's less crowded, cleaner, and less annoying than Times Square.)
