At what age do girls stop maturing?

I am 18 years old and have noticed that over the last year my hips have gotten a lot wider. At what age to girls stop phsyically maturing?

You are almost at the end. Girls stop growing and maturing by the end of their 18th year. Boys continue to grow and mature until the age of 21. The only thing that usually changes the age of maturity is the incidence of severe premature birth. Those born two or more months premature may continue to grow past the normal ages of 18 for girls and 21 for boys.
