If that is normal activity for you, it should be safe during pregnancy. If at any point it starts to hurt or you start having complications, you'll have to find another barn cleaner.

Speaking from one horseman to another....
You can continue to do anything that your body is used to doing. Just stop if you are feeling strained. Cleaning a barn is different than cleaning a cat box. Typically your hands don't actually come anywhere close to the manure. If you are breathing a lot of dust you should consider wearing a mask and always wash your hands when you are done.

Hmmm if you plan on feeding the horses hay and chucking out manure I wouldn't recommend anything that will put strain on your body especially if your in the first three months of your pregnancy. I'd wait until like maybe 8 months or have someone else clean out the barn so the baby isn't put under stress.

Don't do it. I know that some fecal matter is harmful while pregnant, don't know if horse feces is or not, better to be safe though.

No the smell will make you sick and it will affect your baby and the fetus while it is in you and when you have it. It can have a mental and permanent effect on them.
