Mini uggs are tough to wear, but cute! I think with knee/thigh-highs and a skirt!

Over jeans is the best way, I think personally. They tuck right into any pants that you are wearing. I would suggest a really cute top from Hollister.

Yeah, don't tuck them into your pants that would not look good. Try wearing then with a denim mini skirt and a camel tank top. That is so summer! Put a white half sweatshirt over the camel tank top and wear black tights or leggings. (or maybe chestnut ones?)
