I want to set up a music page to share my music. I'd like it to be a page that anyone who has the address can access. Is there a site that provides this service free?

I don't intend to post illegal files. The music I will be posting is music I have written and recorded.

if you own the copyright to the music then you could try setting up your own free webspace. you only need a good computer with the freeware netserver suite.

freeservers will normaly add adverts to other unrelated sites to your pages. so setting up your own server and hosting yourself may be the best way to go.
if you do not own the copyright say if the music is comercially available and is by well know artists then you can not share the files legally if you do you could be prosecuted and hit with a hefty fine.
of course there is nothing stopping you from contacting the likes of BMG or EMI to see if you can legally put links to or music from there artists on your website. you may have to pay them a fee to do this, better that than end up paying huge fines.

good luck as there is no legal site to freely share copyright protected music.
