No, sorry, your "friend" is deluded. There is NO SUCH THING. No such site. Never was, never will be. Horoscopes are GENERIC FICTION, a openly interpreted melange of words constructed to appear meaningful and predictive, when in fact it is nothing, like fairy floss; it hasn't any REAL value.
