where and using what do you use to catch a febbas on saphire?

Feebras is really hard. It only occurs in six spaces on route 119. Start at the top and use a good rod in each space. (try each spot three times) Eventually you'll get feebras. The six spots will change however, whenever you change your trendy phrase.

Almost all of the answers above are true but I would just go with trading for one because I had to spend two weeks straight trying to get one and gained 12 levels doing it!

As this is the hardest pokemon to catch, you need to go to route 119, and then DIVE and keep swimming around untill you find one.
NOTE: when you have one then it is advised to get another one of the opposite sex to breed as they are very rare

lol its relle hard. trust me. RELLE HARD. you have to go to route 119 and i think you can only catch him when its raining...well ne ways use the fishing rod and pray lol. Cuz chances are slim as hell lol.
