OK...This is the CORRECT answer! You will not need a passport to travel to and from Mexico by LAND until Jan. of 2008. Please go to the web site listed below to read for yourself for your own peace of mind. It is the official state department web site and explains the new requirements plainly.

As of 12:00 MN 01/01/07 pass ports will be needed to go to Mexical and Canada
