It is the year of the pig coming up .15 day celebration .The 15th day of the new year is called the Lantern Festival.
02/18/2007-February 18, 2007 is the first day of the Chinese new year.-
in 2006 it was on january 29th .as it is not the same each year

Chinese New Year is from 18feb-19feb. Of course, 20feb will be a returned public holiday for us.
Most restaurants should be open, not forgetting to mention fast food outlets. These are the times where restaurants are able to earn the most money as a lot of people are dining out these days, especially during festive seasons.
