Eating to much salt and not drinking enough water, and as a woman you know that the time of the month can cause it too...also congestive heart failure...high blood pressure...they say that when you're feeling thirsty that your body is already dehydrated..so drink water regularly...even if you don't feel thirsty.

Heart failure. My former pastor had heart surgery and gained a lot of weight from fluid that the body could not get rid of. He passed away on February 6, 2001.

too much sodium intake, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, COPD. If you have this problem, go to the doctor.
