You need a converter.

The only way I've found is to download the movies from iTunes. Because it's a special format for the videos and unfortunately I don't have the program on my computer to run it, so I have to buy it from iTunes.

Check you iPod manual (or download from http://supportdownload.apple.com/manuals.info.apple.com/en/iPod_(Late_2006)_Features_Guide.pdf ) and go to p.32
