Depends on what you're cleansing. For your liver, try a 3 day blueberry cleanse. Eat organic blueberries (a little organic honey is okay, if you're not diabetic). If you need more protein, eat some plain yogurt. (goat yogurt is best). Beware, though, this is a powerful cleanse and a lot of stored toxins will be flushed from your liver. This can give you flu-like symptoms, so it might be best to do this over a Saturday through Monday schedule. By the third day you shouldn't feel very sick. As important as your cleanse is how you come off of the cleanse. Begin by adding fruits and vegetables, eggs and fish for a couple of days. Then you can add red meat, and finally, starches. Good luck!! :)

Your question is too general. You will have to be more specific about what you want to cleanse or purify. I can write a book on cleansing if you want to take the time to read it.

Purging and artificially clearing out the colon are bad ideas and cause problems rather than making you better. Just eat well (plenty of fresh fruit and veg) and drink plenty of water.
