NO. Plastic bags, Saran wrap, etc. are NOT effective birth control! Not only is it not effective but why would you want to put something that can scratch you on such delicate skin? There are tiny holes in them that will allow sperm and germs through. Lambskin condoms are also not as effective as rubber/latex condoms. If you have an allergy to rubber/latex condoms ask your doctor or pharmacist about alternative contraceptives. Please do not use this as your birth control.
Please also remember that condoms should be used during all forms of sex; oral, anal, vaginal; to prevent the transmission of STD's. Also, do not used oil-based lubricants with rubber/latex condoms as they will deteriorate the condom.
Try the below interactive and fun website and take a walk down Protection street. Also try the site for the Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States, this will help answer any questions you may have.

Honey, what do you honestly think about that? I don't care how much you want the sex if he can not afford a condom do you really want to be with him,why waste your life with a man who is showing he has no desire in life besides a quick lay down. Your body is too prescious to use a plastic bag, yet a lone spend your time with this clown.

It wouldn't work as great as you'd expect. Plastic bags rip easily and have more pores. Not only that, heat makes plastic bags get thin & weak, they aren't made as strong & durable as condoms

Your boyfriend is either a cheap bastard or a total idiot. No a plastic bag will not work as a condom, nor would it be comfortable.

I used saran wrap once, but it was awkward, so I guess a plastic bag might work as well.
Just buy some condoms it will be easier...

In all honesty, I don't know. But since you seem to be the experimental type, please do try it and report back to us. The jokes just keep coming to mind:
"Does your boyfriend need the full gallon size, or just a little snack bag?"
"Watch that zipper!"
"Ooh, it's soooo smooth..."
"Now we've got convenient protection in the bedroom AND the kitchen!"
I wouldn't use a plastic bag as a condom... it sounds like it'd break too easily.

I don't see that working. For one thing how are you going to keep it on? It's not going to be as strong as a condom. I think it would be quite uncomfortable. And if you can't spare the 75 cents that a condom would cost you probably shouldn't be having sex.

Never substitute anything else for a condom, they are not 100% effective as it is . Why would you want to take a chance where your body and your life is concerned? Be safe!
