US was the wealthiest nation with GDP of $12.46 trillion, according to a list of 15 wealthiest countries prepared by the World Bank in terms of their gross domestic product.
The United States was followed by Japan with $4.51trillion and Germany $2.78 trillion.
Other than money the other items are subjective; the people in each country would most likely say they live the best according to your other criteria.
I vote for the U.S. overall.

It depends on the measure. Dubai has a citizenry that does not work except in government because the government pays every citizen an annual salary and has universal medical coverage valid anywhere in the world. They also have one of the highest costs of living in the world but the citizens can well afford it (most are millionaires).

Yeah I believe the U.S. is the wealthiest country in the world. But most of the people living here can't achieve anything really. most wealthy people are wealthy due to an inheritance. Most people are working people and in order for them to achieve something they have to work at least 6 days a week and that's restlessly. I lived in a "third world country" for most of my life and most of the poeple there owned a piece of land. It is almost impossible for people here to have their own piece of land. In that country most poeple didnt have to work as much to achieve what they wanted. Let's say the living conditions there werent as great as they are here but it seems to me that people there were happier that people here; people there werent as material and streesed as here. So yeah the u.s is the wealthies but i dont believe its people are rich neither monetarilly nor spiritually.

America, we are the grand consumers and grand spenders, the world currently exists for us, without the US the world would fall into chaos, and no I'm not being insipid, I'm being accurate
