The error message ususally points to the problem. Try going into your BIOS setup and SAVE the current setting. If that does not work, try setting it to the DEFAULT setting.
But maybe things are fine, and the F1 warning is being silly.

When this comes up on my PC, it means I've had it unplugged, and it's trying to reset the BIOS. go ahead and press F1 and it will give you a series of choices. The first one on the left sets the date, time and clock. If this has been off, you need to reset it to the current day, month and year. It reverts back to the date the motherboard was first initiated. Then press the tab key and reset the time. Don't worry about the seconds, just hours and minutes.
Then use the arrow keys and go over to the right and select exit and save settings. There are undoubtedly BIOS settings that should have been set, but each BIOS is different, and none of us can tell you what those should be. but until you reset the BIOS, you will continue to get this.

Usually in Ibm system the f1 errors are due to some keyboard error or maybe can even be of some how the system setting are changed for hard disks or maybe can even be because of date setting dont worry check the manual 90% you'll understand the problem

You don't fix it. It is part of the BIOS. It cannot be removed and you don't want it removed. It gets you into the system settings. Without that, you can't make changes that might be necessary.
