The blank book is included in some collections of "Little Golden Books" to allow children to create their own stories.

From what I remember as a kid. That book was "The Tales of Nothing".

No just kidding, it might be worth looking into. But, how could it get out of the store like that originally. Are you saying there is nothing on the front cover or pages at all? How about the back cover?

For what purpose would I be if I were only a cover of a book? What usefulness would I be proud of if there was nothing to be discovered and learned from my entirety? A book with its pages though without cover is still of much essence. The core of what I am lies within the letters of my thoughts, feelings, deeds, adventures and journeys. A cover is only a garment wrapped around the skin. So,.....what am I dressed for ---- if I have nowhere to go, and nothing of goal?

this was "Make Your Own Little Golden Book", it included stickers, markers, and crayons in addition to a blank LGB, white covers blank pages.

i bought several when they came out in 2004.

you could easily get a few bucks at least on ebay. try selling it for $10 and see how high the bid goes.

have a nice day!

That's very interesting. It's most likely so that one could create their own book. Also possible it could be factory error, perhaps even a promotional item.
As for how much it's worth, I couldn't say, but if you collect them, you should just hang onto it for it's quirkiness.
