I'm sure some guys do. Some guys even have RealDolls made for them. These are silicone modeled lifesize dolls that if you saw them from just a short distance away, you'd think they were alive. I mean, you can specify every detail about the doll. That's all I'll say. Go look at the website. It'll freak you out!

Not many, but I am sure there are plenty who do. There is even a company the now makes life sized dolls made of silicone that look like and almost feel like real people (to a certain point).
There are even ones made for girls as well.
Actually I know one guy who owns a (male) Blowup doll, but surprisingly he only uses it to demonstrate how to perform wrestling moves on it. I am not joking. He brought it to class to show how to do do the moves, it was the funniest thing I ever saw and is still talked about in that school to this day. lol

yes, i use a blow up doll, most men when alone and feeling horny will jack off using their hand, i prefer the feel of a blow up doll and some of them are really good
