Hmmm, tell her that she could pick something out for you to wear! Or you could lay it on her bed and maybe she will be intrested how it would look on her, so she'd put it on and you could walk in and be like "OH MY, YOU LOOK STUNNING!"

that is a cute shirt for someone who is used to wearing that sort of thing. if she never wore something of that nature you should expect all sorts of answers coming out of her mouth. even though the ruffles in the front would cover the unwanted "baby fat" we like to say, it is revealing for a tom boy sort of person. And if you do decide to get it, keep in mind that the color red will attract all sorts of attention(even some you may not want). if you give it to her, i hope she does like it. i would wear it but i am a fashionable sweet 16 year old girl. Remember, she can't wear a bra with this shirt because of the back, so if you are going to be in a cold environment, she might feel a bit uncomfortable.

That's an awesome shirt! Super sexy and fun, you should just tell her how absolutely fabulous she looks in it, and don't hide your enthusiasm. If she's a bit of a tomboy she may not immediately think it's her style, but she can always pair it with jeans and still look damn good! If she's still hesitant to wear it you could tell her you'll wear something of her choice if she'll wear the top out once, and once she does I'm sure she'll get so many compliments she'll be dying to wear it again. awww thats so sweet tell her to try it on, when she shows it to you tell her how beautiful she looks. also, you could tell her you've got a night out planned for the 2 of you and tell her you have an outfit for her and get her jewlery and her favorite perfume and make it special night...you could use it for your wedding anniversary, your 1st date anniversary, or valentines day, somethimg that will make her cry tears of joy/happiness in what you've done. compliment throughout the night on how gorgeous she looks. if you get the shirt for an occasion, that will give her reason to wear it.

It should look good on her, but the ribbon at the bottom is going to attract attention to her midsection, so she'll probably feel uncomfortable if she's sensitive about her belly. I'm sure if she loves you she'll wear it for you, though. Just ask her.

Honestly I think if you get her the right size it would look very flattering on her. Its not super girlie so I think that she would be fine wearing it but there is absolutely NO tomboy in me. I think I'm pretty girlie.
