I find murder, suicide, capital punishment distasteful. Your boy Bush obviously does too. he has said he anguishes at each report of a US service man's death. -- Maybe that's why he didn't want any coffin pictures shown during this war.

Why are people looking to be entertained by the worst thing that can happen to anyone, all of a sudden?

Put your troll toys away, and use the muscle in your skull answering this one. Thanks in advance.

I detect everything on a scale from dumb incomprehension to crass trolling in these responses. You guys can't own your blackest impulses, I see. This probably explains why you love the war so much, however.

Akkita, I hope you are kidding. Your back to back comments vis a vis the Saddam video ghouls ("A nation with a free press is entitled to see everything out there." followed by "Not showing coffin pictures was one small symbol of respect for the families in a private moment of grief but the press is screaming so on the internet they appeared.") represent a chasm between two polar positions which can never be bridged. Either there is a time and a place to respect the privacy of death -- even the death sentence of an unpopular person -- or there isn't.

you should have taken a poll to see who it was that wanted to see the tape. I would bet that 99% were Republican/Conservatives. They seem to have a fascination with the death of others. So much so that they will blindly support a war based on lies. Liberals are not the kind of people who would want to see such ghoulish garbage.

There are some people that embrace the statement "Public's right to know". They are lead to believe by the press and mass media that any type of information should be there for the asking.
The press is there for births, school events , marriages, divorces, affairs, vacations, and even deaths. The press hangs out at morgues hoping to catch that final shot - for big bucks -coz someone will watch or want to see that picture. Morbid -yeah!!

A nation with a free press is entitled to see everything out there. Just ask a reporter........

Not showing coffin pictures was one small symbol of respect for the families in a private moment of grief but the press is screaming so on the internet they appeared.......... .

Internet surfers like you live for the latest gruesome video on youtube.
However, the citizens of Iraq are so afraid of Saddam, the majority will not believe he is dead unless they actually see him die. Recall how many Iraqis weren't too sure Saddam's sons were dead from just pictures.

I guess they just want confirmation. I've seen the video, but I don't sit around on gore.com all day.
