I am taking a vacation in early February and want to go somewhere in the US that is warm enough to go swimming at the beach. Does this place exist? I checked temps in FL and they seem to be in the 60s and low 70s in Feb. I am looking for high 70s or 80s. Thanks!

i've got lived in Ohio all my existence (presently 33y.o.), and that i've got observed a transformation. The summers look with regards to the comparable, however the winters have been a lot milder that final decade - decade and a 0.5.
