No, they have to do a 125c, blood test, a c-section does not expose your ovaries, they just open yout womb.

Usually It would be obvious something was wrong, but the doctor would not be sure wiyhtout futher test.
He would know something was not right and the best decision would be to take a boapsy right than and do futher tests.
A person would have to have a lab do test to be 100%sure.

They could but the most likely way to detect it during pregnancy would be through the routine ultrasound exams they do on the baby.

Not unless they take a specimen of the ovary. These specimens have to be reviewed under a microscope. I am not sure your doc will do it unless he has a reason to.

Only if they are looking for it! They can do a biopsy if the doctor suspects such.
