Enjoy the entire 21st birthday evening by remembering everything that happened. But, to answer your question. Eat some french bread with some cheese and green onions. This will coat your stomach and slow down the absorbing rate of the alcohol. Once again, I encourage you to have a good time and not get wasted.

The best thing is don't drink alcohol. What makes some people think they have to drink in the new year or at a party? I can have just as good a time without drinking and feel a whole lot better the next day and my liver appreciates it too.

well, i would say bread, but bread soaks up stuff, so take like pepto bismal before, i think that will work for you. but for after drinking, eat bread it will soak up the extra alchol in you stomache.
