I really dont know? Im going to give a wild guess and say that you have to put extra food and your going to have to use a big cup and really fast delivery! Try not to mail to somewhere cold or itll die of temperature!

Fish are shipped in plastic bags. The bags are filled about 25% with water and then filled with air or preferably oxygen. The bags are then packed in styrofoam boxes to keep the temperature and normally shipped via plane to their destination.

So for you you'll need to get a supply of plastic bags. I like to use 6"x12" bags.

Then fill with 2-3" of water and add a couple drops of ammo lock. Put in the fish, fill the bag with air/oxygen and then tie the bag off.

Now slip that bag UPSIDE DOWN into another bag and tie it off. This is called double bagging and is well worth the extra work.

Now you can ship the fish via UPS, Fed-ex, etc.

First you need a bag from a fish store. Fill it one fourth of the way with water and the guppies and fill the rest of the bag with oxygen. Put some styrofoam popcorn on the bottom of a box just bigger than the bag. fill in the sides and tot with more styrofoam popcorn. Then take it to fedex or someplace and ask for express mail.

They are shipped in plastic bags like the ones they use at the pet store. They are then packed in boxes with foam or something to keep them from moving too much, and usually with a heat pack to keep the temperature warm so they don't freeze to death. Not in ice.*rolls eyes* They are almost always shipped overnight to avoid death as much as possible.

I think that they ship them packed in water in a plastic bag and packed on ice, the cold water keeps them sleepy. But the best thing for you to do is contact the USDA because they have strict guidelines on how you can transport animals.
