I have some sadam hussein paper money, is it worth anything?

It isn't worth anything as currency, since the government that issued it has fallen and the odds that anyone will honor the notes is minimal. You might get something for it on E-Bay as a collector's item, though.

I am sure it is at least wrote as much as it says on the bill

though the value might raise in the future.
