Printer Sharing?

In Windows XP I import a network printer. It doesn't always work by wired network. It also says import by URL and then http://server/myprinter/name.printer
How do I get one of those URL's for my printer.

As long as the host PC is On and Awake and the printer is On, the shared printer setup should work.

Make you printer your default printer.
