Nothing hurts! I can move my hand and fingers with no pain but this tingling feeling is driving me nuts. I haven't hit my hand or arm that I know of unless I did it in my sleep. Anyone have any clues?

If it's tingling and had that falling asleep feeling it could be the beginning of Carpral Tunnel Syndrome. Usually a Doctor will do an EMG to test your never in your forearm to see if that is what is is. You can do physical therapy excersises with you hands which can help. Try putting your hand on the edge of you desk and stretching those tendons by putting your arm straight up, you should feel a stretch in your wrist.... you can also stretch the fingers and hopefully this will help it. You man want to purchase a "cock-up" splint from a drug store. This keeps your hands and wrist in the correct position to releive CTS. Hope this helps, if not I'd suggest seeing your family physician or a neurologist.

If its been 2 days and your hand is still numb, i would go to a chiropractor, all the nervers for you entire body run through your spine and one may be pinched. Personally i my toes go numb and i have to get my mid back cracked back into place.

sounds like carpal tunel, but could also be a pinched nerve in your neck. A visit to your local chiropractor would be the place to start. They will know in minutes if it is from being out of adjustment or if is from over use.
