I think he is the narrator of the commercial. It is a SNL clip where a bug gets lured into a trap and the trap pulls off the bug’s legs and beats the bug with them. I think the trap also sticks a hot coal up the bug’s butt. It is making fun of Combat roach killer.

Try "The Best of Will Farrell" released by SNL. Some video stores carry it. SNL released several "Best Of" videos such as Dane Carvey, Chris Farley, etc.

Have you tried YouTube? I would check there first. Type in Saturday Night Live Parodies, and see what you get. I haven't checked it to see if it's there, but it's a good place to start.
