No they cannot! Most guys believe the porno actress orgasm is the real thing so just going 'oh yes, oh yes, gasping and groaning' has them believing you have *** every time.

Let me put it this way... if you have to ask, then you probably have not. A gal can moan, and scream and carry on, but, you will know when it is a real orgasm. Most seem like they loose total control. Your penis will feel it as the vaginal walls close on it tightly as her muscles tighten with the contractions of the orgasm (unless you are too short to be in far enough to experience that feeling, and if that is the case, you probably are too short to hit the "G-Spot" and, therefore, not providing her with the penal stimulation for orgasm). Oral is good and could do it for her. A good indication of her excitment level is determined by how wet or dry she is... the wetter down there, means the more she is escited. It is a natural biological function that the vagina engages in - lubricates the channel for insertion. If things are dry, you just don't do it for her. And if that is the case, there must be other things about you that she just really adores and she wants to make sure you also believe you please her. Real orgasm - red flush across the chest, between the breasts. Very wet. Facial expression is hard to fake and they will seem "lost".
Fake orgasm - they seem as interested and involved as when they do laundry, and a very quick recovery.
There is a "limp" feeling to a womans body after a real orgasm.

Well im not a guy, but i know that a female isnt have an orgasm unless bodily fluids are dispersed and a sense of release is felt ( like the vaginal walls are looser).

Personaly I can tell when a women is having an orgasm. I know a lot of people who don't know and or don't care if its real or not. But personally Its not hard to tell, if you know whats goin on.
