Perhaps she competes with me because our level of education is different. I am master in a very famous university and I have scholarship and she is bachelor student and pays for studying. I do not think that these kinds of things say that I am better than her but also it is not my problem that she could not get what she wanted. And it is clear that she does not want to reach her aims (whatever they are) with my help or at least consultation although many others come to me and ask about how to study and these types of questions. However it was just an example and her attitude affects our relation in every aspects. I wish I have a wife who is with me in every stage. We marry to share our life not to compete.

Can you and your other externalize these competitive feelings? Or, is the competition between you two a way for one to control the other? You might seek counseling on this.

You and she should never compete against each other, for any reason - it should be you and she against everyone else. If she does not want your help, do not offer, it may make her feel inferior.

Why do you think you have to help her? Maybe she is genuinely able to earn her degree on her own. Only help those who ask for it. Leave your fiancée alone.
