I bought a voice for my TomTom 510, and it says I cant download as the product ID is wrong. I think this is because the first unit was broken and we exchanged it. Is there a way to download otherwise? or do you know how I get in touch by phone....the website is email only, but they don't respond!

This is a hard telephone number to find, Tom Tom do not make it easy, however the number is as follows.

From the UK 08451610009 Monday - Friday: 08:00 to 18:30 GMT
(every first Tuesday of the month: 09:00 to 18:30 GMT)

From outside the UK +31208501004 Monday - Friday: 09:00 to 19:30 GMT+1
(every first Tuesday of the month: 10:00 to 19:30 GMT+1)

Keep in mind they are closed until the new year.

anyway i d/l all the voice packs, if u try hard enough, u will also find the site to d/l them free ;)
