what is the original name of the dubbed movie "Museum ke Andar Phas Gaya Sikandar"?

This is actually an English Movie, and I cant make out why the original version is not released in India till date? I understand that dubbed version is released to please people from rural areas, but would this be awkward to people who really understand English?
