There`s a book,the artists marketing guide.It gives the addresses

sometimes i think of funny things that would make a good comic strip, but then i dont have time to draw it, but ive thought about that before an what i was going to try is contact my local newspaper with a few comics an ask if they would be interested in putting them in. it may not be in the comics section but they do put comics hre an there throughout the newspaper, in my town anyway
