But then I took it apart, figured out that I couldn't get It out that way. Then I put it back together and turned it on, and OMG!!!, The screen got cracked on the bottom right corner!!! What in the World should I do???

You must have violently taken the PSP apart, because those screens are pretty hard to crack. I honestly dont understand how a piece got stuck.. I would contact sony and see how much it costs for a repair, or contact your local gamestop, and see what they can do.

Since the PSP was just purchased recently, I would take it back and say the screen was already cracked. Maybe not the most honest thing, but you could certainly get away with it, especially if you still have the receipt.

If it's completely cracked then it's trashed. If it's just an inch or so then see if it still works. If it does then it's okay.
