if so, then how do they celebrate their birthdays? do they do it only after every 4 years?

I am sure there are but I ain't one of them!!! But my Grandpa passed away on February 29, 1976 a year before I was born!!

There are several people born February 29th; but they celebrate their birthday March 1st.

Iactually new a guy who was born on leap year. 02/29 he just celebrated on 02/28 when it wasnt leap year.
