I have been wanting to see this movie for such a long time but i can't remember the name of it, here is what i remember:
-It is about these faternal twins (boy/girl) that were separated at birth, and then when they are like 12 or something they meet and they receive magical powers.
-This is a scene from the movie, i think the boy is dreaming or at least he thinks he is and he sees this girl standing in the middle of the room, and her hands are glowing, so her gets out of bed and they touch each others hand, and then there hands start to glow purple.
-Another scene i remember is when both of them are in a truck with someone, and they need to get to a place so they all of them touch eachothers hand and the truck started to float and then POOF it was at the place,
-Also im not sure but i think it has the person from all of those Jenny Craigs weight loss commericails.
-Also i think the twin boy is play by erik von dettern, they popular boy from Princess Dairy's.

There were two movies: Escape from Witch Mountain and Return to Witch Mountain. This one sounds like Return. The twins names were Tia and Tony. They began developing "magical" powers because they were actually from another planet. That's why they were trying to get back to Witch Mountain - a predetermined pick up date for many "people" left here.

Either Escape from Witch Mountain or or Return to Witch mountain. It could be magic mountain. Kirstie Allie, if that's what you mean by Jenny Craig, is not in it.(probably escape since return sounds like a sequel name)

It sounds a lot like Escape From (or to) Witch Mountain. I think Disney remade it fairly recently (like in the past 10 years). The original was made in the 70's.

there is a old disney that somewhat fits this bill called Escape from Witch Mountain. Don't know if that's the one you're looking for..Happy New Year!
