do women find fat men attractive?

it seems the resounding answer is no so why should there be a difference for women

If a guy has a general attractiveness and knows how to make the most his appearance (if he has an attractive face, hair, clothes, demeanor, etc.) then some women don't necessarily find extra weight all that big a deal.

Of course, there's "basic overweight" or "basic extra around the middle" and then there's the 400 lb person who may not be able to overcome his weight disadvantage with his face or style; but, in general, a guy who has extra weight isn't necessarily unattractive to women.

(Just a note: I happen to find people who are too obsessed with their "six-packs" and who spend too much time working on them and not thinking about more important things in life very unappealing. There is a point where the "worked at" build comes across as if the person wears a sign that says, "I don't think about nuthin' but my abs" - so the person comes across like an air-head, which just isn't appealing. I'd find the intelligent, thinking kind of guy with too much middle far more attractive.)

There are women who probably do. I knew a few girls who liked chubby guys. I personally like really skinny guys and get teased about that. I think I like personality the best. I have liked fat guys because of their personality. I think overall it would be no because it is not the natural state of humans to be overweight. It causes medical problems and so forth. So it would probably be no in most cases.

There is so much more to what a woman finds attractive in a man than his physique. The 'minus's" like physical attributes can be outweighed by the "positives" like personality, kindness, sense of humor, etc. A mature woman looks deeper.

No! The only way a woman would find a fat man attractive is if she is a gold digger and the fat man has a lot of money. Even then she wouldn't find him attractive, just his money. Stay away from women like that.

It depends on that certain women. Some women want a muscular, strong man who isn't overweight. If that man is obese...well, he will need to loose some weight before dating. If your a charming man and just a little fat, well you have luck!
If you want a women, just try loosing SOME weight, and go out looking for some women...but charming though!

well to be honest i dont like this question because it makes me more aware of what a narrow minded world we live in today !!!

so what if a persons fat , they have a beating heart right ??.... to me as a woman yes attraction plays a part but its all about confidence and personality , sence of humor and to be honest a kno a lot of larger guys who have larger personalitys so why not ....

best things to do is be comfortable and love ureself then u can give other ppl a change to :)

my friend is a biscuit away from 400 pounds and he gets laid more than i do, but the women he gets arent all that great, i wouldnt do them. so i would think that most women want someone that takes care of themselves and has a little pride in how they look. but you can be 500 pounds and be a millionaire and have all kinds of beautiful women after ya.

It depends how 'fat' - I personally like bigger men because they make me feel petite against them, and I feel protected and cosy in their arms, skinny men do nothing for me. I prefer muscle to fat, but definately prefer fat to skin and bones.
