I agree with your dad. Taking care of a baby is a huge responsibility. Baby cry cry and cry. They have a lot of problems. You should wait until your sixteen. If you have a baby now later you'll ask yourself y did i. I'm 14 and i have a 2 year old brother. I take crae of him the most and it is not fun. Kids want it there own way. So plzz dont have a baby tht early. Not a good idea.

im almost a college graduate, happily married, with my own home and a great job...i had my baby 2.5 weeks ago. im STILL not ready. why would u want to do that to yourself and your poor baby?? do not bring anymore innocent children in the world when u cant support them with every means necessary, financially, mentally, emotionally, spiritually...i love my baby to death but i wish that i was a bit older and a bit more secure (finished with school!) i dont think that your dad is doing you any justice either by telling you that 16 is ok to have a baby. and as for your friends, ask them about their lives with a baby. ask how often they get to go out, where their babies' fathers are, how theyre paying for their children. i bet youd be surprised at their answers. 16 is an okay age to START dating on your own, but why woudl anyone EVER permit their daughter to have sex or have a BABY at this age? enjoy being a teenager. there are plenty of oppurtunities later in life to have a family, with a mom AND a dad AND a stable house.

Silly silly child, your dad needs to be beat for telling to you to wait till u are 16, that's the most stupid advice ever. How are u gonna take of a baby sweatheart, prepare for your life to be over when u get pregnant... How about waiting till you are married????!!! that's the most sensible thing to do. You need to get your education graduate from high school and get on with your life, kids will come later. Why do you little girls think that babies are easy??? Look at your friends, do they go anywhere, or do anything, do they struggle with diaper bags and crying all night??????? Okay, that will be you silly girl. Silly silly silly, I feel sorry for your generation.

Why do you want a child? THey take a hell of a lot more than they give. Are you ready for a 24 hour a day 7 day a week job that gives NO BREAKS.
YOur body isnt even ready to bear children- You could end up ruining your body and not just the looks- you could end up with serious health problems- just because your friends have babies does not give you good enough reason to have a child-

as we grow in life we often want things that we do not need. in your case a child may be one of those things. Growing up watching my single mother struggle to provide for us was not easy. she was a woman of age,had a job and it was still hard. now think..... your not even 16 im sure your not out of school. chances are it will be hard for you to find a well paying job to support a child. you should be a leader not a follower. just because your friends have had a child does not mean you should do the same. be the one to set an example. finish school, enjoy life, most of all hold you head high.
you have plenty of time in the future to think about a baby........just not now

I think you should wait until you are out of high school, maybe even college. Your dad is a nut case, he should know better than to tell you you have to be 16. Where do you live? Under a rock or something?

I would wait more im 22 and i feel like i put myself in a situation that is over my head.. Just take all the pro and cons and then make a decision. A child is a life long commitment, and it needs his mommy to take care of him not some one else

If you are really considering getting pregnant than I think you have bigger issues going on in your life! its sounds like you are wanting something to love and to love you. The trouble is a baby takes so much from you that instead of the feeling of great love your exhausted and can feel defeated at times know matter how much you love him/her. Please seek counseling for your self before you make such a life changing decision for you and a baby.

Babies aren't just the latest fashion accessories - they're HUGE responsibilities! Also, being a parent is really expensive. You're better off waiting until you're married or in a serious relationship, have a place to live, and a good stable income.
