if ya live where theres a winter, open all your doors and windows, in about a half hour itll be a new year youll never forget, one new year we drove around town in a convertible in a blizzard, got a lotta beeps and honks and that was 27 years ago and we are still talkin about it today. just do something that you will remember forever. have fun and be safe, happy new year!!

Would falling backward thought the door pi$$ed count? No. Well then, having the joyous expectation that things will be better than ever in 2007.

I let the new year in with the mail. If I get a letter with a different year in the heading I finally have to accept it is true.

I usually last until the 3rd or 4th of January

I heard you were supposed open the back door to let the old year out, and then open the front to let the new in

I think the best way to let the New Year come into your home is to take care of all the wrong you have done through out the year. delicate your life to God and prepare to be a better person then you were last year.

If you are blessed to be able to open your eyes on the morning of January 1, 2007, thank God that you lived to see another year and ask him how he would have you use this time.

You don't need to, it gets in anyway. But there are a lot of quaint old customs out there, such as first footing.
