They need to win, have Cincinnati not win, Denver lose, and Kansas City win.
Currently, they're losing, Cincinnati is losing, Kansas City is winning, and Denver won't play until 4:15 ET.

I'm a huge Titan's fan and we all know how the Titans love to come back in the 4th quarter...so don't give up yet.
Cincinnati and Denver have to lose...and Kansas City has to win (and obviously, TN win today).

They have to win, plus a Cincinnati loss or tie, plus a Denver loss, plus a Kansas City win.
Cincinnati can tie and Tennessee can still get in.
