yes it is i asked the guy at game crazy and gamestop when i reserved mine yesterday they said it was i dont know but im a big halo fan hope my answer helped and do you know how to make fake boxart?(my friend made a realy cool fake halo 3 box)
ps(i think its small)

No, it would probably fit a cat's head..so it is a miniature version..however a stand is included to hold games as well.
