It's true doc's don't recommend douching because you disturb the natural balance in your vagina.
But if you have to douche use vinegar & water is best, definitely unscented.

The vagina has a natural cleaning and infection control mechanism and douching unless recommended by a doctor can do harm by damaging this mechanism. If you have a discharge, discomfort, or odor then seek medical advice, else don't douche!

Gyns actually reccomend that you don't douche. It can push bacteria farther into the vagina, causing excessive yeast infections. I know that they have feminine spray, and new wipes that you can carry with you to make you feel fresh, and I think those are a good alternitive.

Never, ever douche!

Douching is bad for you because it causes infections.

Let your body cleanse itself - which it is quite capable of doing.
