Keep them all in the terrain parks and let the skiers have their ski slopes back....who is with me on this?

I have nothing against snowboarders but I have to admit that skiing and snowboarding are very different sports and it would make more sense to have separate trails for skiiers and boarders. Ski resorts in Europe are like that. There are a couple of mountains that are skiier only, Deer Valley in Utah, Alta (near Park City), Taos in New Mexico and Mad River Glen in Vermont.

For now, though, we'll have to just coexist peacefully.

Actually, I'm not.

There are many ways to ride down a hill...I wish you could be more open minded about sharing a public resource.

I am a skier, true, but I have "skied" with some boarders that I can't keep up with (and I've skied for 30 years now).

There is no place for bigotry around here. Accept the fact that you are not the only person out there, put on your best smile for others, and move on.

I hate to seem ignoramt, but I've skied for a long time and to be a quite honest; the condition of the slopes is heavily damaged by novice snowboarders.....plowing the snow off the mountain and leaving a path of decimated slope behind them......not to mention the fact that ski theft has gone up 1000 percent since "buton" arrived.

I'm not. It's people like you who are the reason that skiiers and snowboarders have this huge controversy. And I have my issues with skiiers as well as snowboarders but the whole point is to share the resort. And you are misguided in thinking that snowboarders only like terrain parks. I wish I could explain to you what you're doing here and how's it's incredibly stupid but you won't listen to me. Consider how you would feel if people always said to you that you should be banished to a certain place. I'm a snowboarder and all of my friends are skiiers. Just think about what you're asking here because I think it's incredibly mean spirited.

I am. I think the snowboarders are reckless and cant control their board and are a main cause of accidents on the slopes.

Boarders who are considerate can stay, but the punks need to get off the slopes.

The only problem that I have with boarders is they seem to always sit in the middle of the run, just over the crest of hill... I just don't want to hit one of them...
