I would say yes, but so far we haven't been doing that. We liberated Kuwait, a country that's not free or democratic. We ally ourselves with countries like Saudi Arabia (the least free country on the planet) Pakistan, China (where even googling the word freedom is illegal) and ignore genocide and oppression all over the world. We install or support dictators in Chile, Panama, and Nicaragua. Our record is pretty bad when it comes to supporting democracy. It looks more like we are willing to fight for economic interests than Democracy.

The USA is the most democratic, I don't know which country is the least. We do not need to invade countries less democratic. Putting sanctions on a country would be done only when that country is a threat to others or when that government is inhumane to their own citizens.

I do not know which country is the most democratic. I know that the largest is India.

The US seems to be loosing it due to large corporate control.

Great Britain is a limited monarchy.

Germany and France probably are the closest.

Finally, we do not need to invade anybody. We have a demonstration of that fact in Iraq.

Let's see...let us put sanctions etc. against Great Britain. What would the Queen do?

France is the most democratic, since it is a socialistic society,we of course are a republic, since we are ruled by the people and the laws of the republic of the United States,do sanctions need to be put in place, No but we are getting there,we are at the point with the liberal party of saying the infamous french phrase"I give up!"

Do we NEED to? No, we need countries like that in the World. Im going to regret saying it but yes, we do need Liberal countries; but we also need Conservative and Republican countries. With all one or the other, problems would rise. Of course problems still come up, but overall it all works out.

No.

We only invade countries and give them freedom if it is politically convenient and they have something we want.
